Anita Rigoni – Founder & Principal Consultant
As a catalyst for transformation, Anita loves working with executives and leaders to create intentional team environments where everyone’s contribution is optimised, not compromised. She assists leaders, teams and individuals identify and take responsibility for the strengths they can contribute as well as the habitual, reactive behaviours that can hold them back. Anita designs powerful learning experiences and conversations addressing real issues, giving rise to improved decision-making and high performance mindsets.
Anita brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in leadership and change management, with proven expertise in strategy development and business planning, organisational change design and implementation, project management and team culture. Her professional background includes senior scientist and laboratory manager roles in Medical & Forensic Science across Australia and the UK, Human Resource Development, and Senior Management positions in both the public and private sectors.
Anita holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma of Management (Technology Management), a Certificate in Advanced Facilitation, Certificate in Neuroleadership and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Technology). She is also an accredited practitioner in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, GENOS Emotional Intelligence Tool, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Think of Your Feet®, Kotter’s Leading Bold Change and the Prosci Change Management Methodology.
Anita is a faculty member and member of the Australian Institute of Management, and a member of the Project Management Institute, Change Management Institute, Institute of Professional Facilitators and the Institute of Learning Practitioners.
Julie Cunningham
Julie Cunningham is a consultant, facilitator and executive coach who has worked successfully with leaders in wide ranging fields and industries.
A specialist in change management, communication, influence and leadership skills, strategic thinking and marketing, Julie has over 23 years consulting experience with organisations ranging from large multinationals to smaller not-for-profits.
Julie’s impressive portfolio includes facilitating change, working with groups to achieve new directions, organisational and functional reviews, leading and managing human resources, coaching, and mediation. She is adept at identifying solutions and opportunities to meet the specific needs of organisations.
Julie holds a Master’s degree in Information Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Management. She is qualified in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, GENOS Emotional Intelligence Tool as well as accredited in Think one Team ™. Julie is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
